01

The platform at a glance

Psychology.me for Practitioners is one workspace for the whole assessment cycle. You keep your clients, instruments and reports in one place, and every step of the work is connected to the next: what you send is what you monitor, what the client completes becomes your report, and what you release is what the client sees.

One workflow
Organise, select, deliver, monitor, report, release, track change and administer, in that order and in one place.
Validated instruments
Published instruments with documented reliability, scored against reference norms, never free online quizzes.
Your brand, your decision
Clients see your logo, and see their results only when you release them.
Confidential by design
Each practice's records are kept apart, stored in Amsterdam and encrypted. Sensitive actions are logged.
02

Organise: clients, records and notes

Every client has one record. Everything that happens with that client, from the first invitation to the latest report, is kept in it.

Client records
Each client record holds every assessment sent, its status, its report and its release state.
Private notes
Notes on a client are visible to your practice only and are never shown to the client. Editing a note is recorded in the audit log.
Groups
Put clients into groups for a cohort, a team or a programme, then read and export the group as a whole.
03

Select: the right instruments for each client

The catalogue covers personality, reasoning, values and motivation, career interests, work styles, skills, self-beliefs, self-regulation, social and emotional skills, well-being and mental health screeners.

Batteries
Combine instruments into a battery once and send it again to every client it fits. A battery of three instruments counts as three assessments.
Change tracking marked
Instruments that support reliable-change comparison are marked, so you know before you send which ones can show change at re-test.
Languages
English, and Montenegrin for the instruments available in that language.

04

Deliver: one branded link, no client account

The client receives one link, completes the assessment in the browser and closes the tab. There is nothing to install and no account to create.

Single instruments or batteries
Send one instrument or a whole battery through the same link.
Your brand
Your logo on every page the client sees.
Your colours
Your own colour palette on client pages as well as your logo.
Your consent text
Set your own consent text. When it is set, the client accepts it before starting.
05

Monitor: know who has finished

You see the state of every assessment you have sent, for every client, without chasing anyone by hand.

Status at a glance
Invited, in progress or completed, for each client and each instrument.
Reminders
Send a reminder to a client who has not finished, or switch on automatic reminders. Nothing is sent to a client unless you choose it.
Scheduled re-assessments
Schedule the next assessment in advance, for a number of weeks ahead or a date, and send or cancel it at any time.
06

Report: read it first, with its uncertainty

Your report is ready the moment the client submits. It shows what the instrument can support, and no more: a score carries its confidence band wherever reliability is on record.

Practitioner report
Scale scores with confidence bands and the position against the reference norms.
Cross-instrument profile
The latest score and band on every scale across all of a client's instruments, in one view.
No AI-written interpretation
Scores, norms and verdicts come from the instrument's published statistics, not from a language model.
Decision support
Screeners support the judgement of a qualified professional. They do not replace it.
07

Release: the client sees it when you decide

Nothing is visible to the client until you release it, unless you choose automatic release.

Client page
Plain-language results under your brand, which the client can also save as a PDF.
Release and withdraw
Release a result when you are ready, and withdraw it again at any time. Both are recorded in the audit log.
Optional email
On release, the client can be sent the link to their page by email.
Crisis pathway
Where the depression screener calls for it, the client is shown help resources.
08

Track change: change you can defend

A felt improvement may be real, or it may sit inside the measurement error of the instrument. The platform tells you which before anything is called a change.

Reliable change (Jacobson-Truax)
The difference between two time points is tested against the instrument's own measurement error. The verdict reads improvement, decline or no reliable change.
Trajectories
Every time point for a client on one chart, with each score in its confidence band.
Clinically significant change
For the depression and anxiety screeners, the report also states whether the client crossed the published threshold, not only whether the score moved.
09

Administer: running the practice

The same records that serve each client also serve the practice, from billing to everything your plan adds.

Group outcome reports
An outcome report for a whole group, on screen and as a PDF.
CSV export
Export a group's results for your own or your client organisation's reporting.
Cohort benchmarking
Compare a group's results with the instrument's reference norms, with the strength of that reference stated.
Organisation report
For the Generative AI Competence Assessment, one report on the whole organisation, including what followed each assessment.
Your team
Invite colleagues to the practice under their own logins, as owners or members. A practice always keeps at least one active owner.
Usage analytics
How your included assessments are being used, broken down across the practice.
Billing
Monthly billing through Stripe, with invoices in one place. Cancel from your billing page.
10

Privacy: confidential at every step

You decide who sees what. The platform is built so that the default is privacy.

Kept apart
Each practice's records are kept separate from every other practice's.
Where and how
Client data is stored on servers in Amsterdam, in the Netherlands, encrypted at rest and in transit.
Never for advertising
Client data is never used for advertising.
Audit log
Sensitive actions, such as releasing and withdrawing results, editing notes and changing consent text, are recorded for your practice.
Retention you set
Choose how long inactive client records keep their identifying details. After that, names and notes are removed automatically and only de-identified scores remain. It is off unless you switch it on.
No automated alerts
You read the report. Nothing is flagged automatically, and nothing is sent to a client unless you send it or switch on reminders.
One exception, disclosed
In the Generative AI Competence Assessment, the text of a single written answer is scored by OpenAI, without the client's name or email.
11

Plans: what each one includes

Every plan includes branded links, the practitioner report and release control. The table shows what each plan adds.

What counts as an assessment
One instrument completed by one client. A battery of three instruments counts as three.
Changing plan
Change plan at any time. An upgrade is charged pro rata straight away; a downgrade is credited against later invoices.
Cancelling
Once the subscription ends you can no longer send new assessments. Your client records are not deleted, and they are there if you subscribe again.
