Where reliability is on record, a score carries its band. A single number without one overstates what a questionnaire can know.

Reliable change (Jacobson-Truax)

The difference between two time points is tested against the instrument's own measurement error before it is called a change.

Clinically significant change on PHQ-9 and GAD-7

For the two screeners, the report also states whether the client crossed the published threshold, not only whether the score moved.

FAQ

Before you create an account

Do my clients need an account?

No. They open one branded link, complete the assessment and close the tab.

Which languages are supported?

English, and Montenegrin for instruments available in that language.

What counts as one assessment?

One instrument completed by one client. A battery of three instruments counts as three.

Can I change plan?

Yes, at any time. An upgrade is charged pro rata straight away; a downgrade is credited against later invoices.

Is this a diagnostic tool?

No. Screeners are decision support for a qualified professional, not a diagnosis.

Who sees my clients' data?

You do, and on the Practice plan so do the colleagues you invite. Each practice's records are kept separate from every other practice's. Client data is stored on servers in Amsterdam, in the Netherlands, encrypted at rest and in transit, and it is never used for advertising. One exception is worth knowing: in the Generative AI Competence Assessment, the text of a single written answer is scored by OpenAI, without your client's name or email.

What happens when I cancel?

You cancel from your billing page. Once the subscription ends you can no longer send new assessments. Your client records are not deleted when you cancel, and if you subscribe again they are there waiting for you.
