Assessment for school psychologists and career guidance

Career guidance for final-year secondary school and university students: interests, reasoning and self-beliefs measured with validated instruments, reported to you first and released to each student as a page they can read.

For final-year secondary school and university students only. Scores are compared with adult reference groups, so the platform is not used with younger pupils.

In practice

How school psychologists and career counsellors use it

  • Career interests

The Holland Code (RIASEC) career test for each student, released as a plain-language page that opens the career conversation.

  • Interests and reasoning together

Spatial, verbal and abstract reasoning alongside interests, each a one-off assessment, for a fuller picture before a course of study is chosen.

  • Curiosity, self-efficacy and well-being

Intellectual curiosity, self-efficacy and the WHO-5 well-being index as part of a guidance conversation.

  • A class or a year group

A class or year group in one group, the results exported as CSV, and a group outcome report.

  • The school team

Colleagues in the school psychology or careers service under their own logins.
