Broadband clinician-rated severity of psychiatric signs and symptoms (reported symptoms + observed behaviour) usable in full or as an item pool for syndrome subscales (e.g. MADRS depression, BAS anxiety)

65 (40 reported + 25 observed items). 4-point severity per item (with half-point steps; 0-3); clinician interview/observation (clinician-rated/interview)
