3 general awareness items plus paired awareness and attribution ratings for each of ~17-20 symptoms in the full version (~74 possible ratings); an abbreviated 9-item version is widely used (approx, partly unverified). clinician 5-pt severity ratings derived from a semi-structured interview, with a not-applicable option (clinician-rated/interview)
