Length and format

~30-57 per form (teacher/parent/student forms vary). 3-pt frequency (never/sometimes/very often) + importance rating; rated by teacher/parent/self (informant/observer report)

Language versions

Spanish and many international research adaptations (one of the most-translated child social-skills systems before the SSIS)
