What it measures
Cognitive reflection - the disposition and ability to override an intuitive but incorrect first answer with deliberative reasoning; correlates strongly with numeracy, general cognitive ability and normative decision making.

3 (original); 4-, 7- and 8-item extended versions exist. open numeric short answer (bat-and-ball, machines, lily-pad problems) (performance/ability test)

Widely translated - DE, FR, ES, IT, NL, PT, SV, PL, RU, ZH, JA, KO, TR, HE and others; wording is culture-portable and usually adapted rather than formally back-translated.
