10 items (e.g., finances, paperwork, shopping, games of skill, meal preparation, following current events, attending to a TV/book, remembering appointments, travelling out of the neighborhood). informant 0-3 dependency ratings per activity (normal 0 ... dependent 3), summed 0-30 (informant/observer report)
