Episodic verbal memory with controlled encoding - free recall, cued recall, total recall; sensitive to hippocampal (amnestic) memory impairment

Length and format

16 to-be-learned words (4 cards x 4 items with unique category cues). performance - controlled encoding then free and category-cued recall (performance/ability test)

Language versions

Adapted widely - Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese, Dutch and others (approx 15+ langs); used in international AD trials
