- 26 situations (rated alone + accompanied) + panic-frequency items. 5-point avoidance (1 never avoid to 5 always avoid); separate Avoidance-Alone (MIAAL) and Avoidance-Accompanied (MIAAC) mean scores (self-report questionnaire)
