What it measures
Adolescent alcohol and other drug use risk; mnemonic Car, Relax, Alone, Forget, Friends, Trouble (the 6 scored questions)
Length and format
6 scored (within a longer frequency-screen + CRAFFT questions structure). Yes/No (1/0) for the 6 items; summed 0-6; >=2 indicates high risk for a substance-use disorder (self-report questionnaire)
Language versions
Many languages incl. ES, FR, PT, ZH, AR; broad international adolescent use
