Quality of a couple's sexual relationship and sexual dysfunction; 12 subscales (e.g. impotence, premature ejaculation, anorgasmia, vaginismus, non-communication, infrequency, avoidance, non-sensuality, dissatisfaction)

Length and format

28 (separate male and female forms). 5-point frequency (never-always); transformed to standardized 1-9 subscale + overall scores; higher = more problems (self-report questionnaire)
