- Culturally endorsed implicit leadership - 21 primary leadership dimensions reducing to 6 global Culturally-endorsed Leadership Theory dimensions: Charismatic/Value-Based, Team-Oriented, Participative, Humane-Oriented, Autonomous, Self-Protective.

- 112 leadership-attribute items (within the larger GLOBE survey). 7-point Likert rating leadership attributes/behaviours as facilitating/impeding outstanding leadership (self-report questionnaire)

- Administered in dozens of languages across 62 societies (the survey was professionally translated/back-translated for each culture).
