The Full Range Leadership Model - 9 factors: transformational (Idealized Influence attributed + behaviour, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, Individualized Consideration), transactional (Contingent Reward, Management-by-Exception active + passive), and Laissez-faire; plus outcome scales (extra effort, effectiveness, satisfaction).

45 (MLQ 5X-Short). 5-point frequency Likert (0 = not at all -> 4 = frequently if not always); self and rater (360) forms (self-report questionnaire)
