What it measures

Integrity / honesty (overt integrity test) - attitudes toward and admissions of theft, counterproductive behaviour, drug use, and a later Ethics scale; predicts CWB, theft, turnover, absenteeism.

Length and format

~100+ (multi-part: attitudes, admissions, social behaviour, work history). true/false and admissions items; some Likert (self-report questionnaire)

Language versions

English plus Spanish and other localized versions for North American/international screening (reported).
