What it measures
One-page rating of the 30 FFM facets at both adaptive and maladaptive poles (e.g. low-Agreeableness facets = manipulation, callousness, arrogance), giving a quick maladaptive-trait/PD profile
Length and format
30 (one bipolar item per FFM facet). 5-pt bipolar rating (maladaptive-low ... adaptive ... maladaptive-high) (self-report questionnaire; informant/observer report (one rating per facet))

Several (English original; adaptations growing).
