Societal and organisational culture on 9 dimensions, each measured as both Practices (as is) and Values (should be): Power Distance, Uncertainty Avoidance, Institutional Collectivism, In-Group Collectivism, Gender Egalitarianism, Assertiveness, Future Orientation, Performance Orientation, Humane Orientation; plus culturally endorsed leadership dimensions
