- Culture-level value orientations (the societal counterpart to the individual Schwartz values) on 7 orientations forming 3 bipolar dimensions: Embeddedness vs Autonomy (Intellectual + Affective), Hierarchy vs Egalitarianism, Mastery vs Harmony
- Length and format
- derived from the SVS-57 items scored at the culture (country-mean) level (a subset of value items). the SVS 9-point importance ratings, aggregated to country means (ecological scoring) (self-report questionnaire)
- Language versions
- Uses the authorised SVS translations (dozens of languages); country coverage is very broad
