What it measures

Self-reported conservatism on 2 dimensions: social conservatism (e.g. abortion, traditional marriage, religion, family) and economic conservatism (e.g. limited government, business, fiscal responsibility), via feeling-thermometer ratings of issue terms

Length and format

12 issue items (7 social + 5 economic). feeling-thermometer rating (0-100) of how positive/negative one feels about each issue term (self-report questionnaire)
