60 (standard IP); 30 (IP Short Form); 60-item pool draws on 30 items per RIASEC type in development; Mini-IP variants exist. work-activity statements rated Strongly Dislike -> Strongly Like (5-pt); summed to 6 RIASEC scores (self-report questionnaire)

Official Spanish version; widely adapted/translated internationally for research (public-domain status enables free translation)
