What it measures
Job embeddedness - the web of forces keeping people in jobs, across Fit, Links, and Sacrifice, each split into on-the-job (organization) and off-the-job (community) facets (six-cell composite). Predicts staying/retention beyond satisfaction and commitment.

~40 (original composite); 7 (global/reflective measure, Crossley et al. 2007). mixed (Likert agreement + factual links counts in the composite); 5-pt Likert in the global version (self-report questionnaire)
