- Job satisfaction (need-fulfilment model). Long form: 20 facet subscales (e.g. ability utilization, achievement, advancement, compensation, co-workers, recognition, supervision, working conditions). Short form yields Intrinsic, Extrinsic and General Satisfaction.

- 100 (long form, 20 facets x 5 items); 20 (short form). 5-pt Likert satisfaction (very dissatisfied -> very satisfied) (self-report questionnaire)
