Perceived career-related barriers across 13 scales, including sex discrimination, lack of confidence, multiple-role conflict, conflict between children and career demands, racial discrimination, inadequate preparation, disapproval by significant others, decision-making difficulties, dissatisfaction with career, discouragement from non-traditional careers, disability and health concerns, job-market constraints, and difficulties with networking and socialisation.
