Parallel measurement of self-reported interests AND skills across 7 Orientations (Influencing, Organizing, Helping, Creating, Analyzing, Producing, Adventuring), 29 Basic Interest/Skill Scales and 60 Occupational Scales, plus Special Scales (Academic Focus, Extraversion).

Length and format

320 (200 interest items + 120 skill items). 6-pt interest ratings and 6-pt self-estimated skill ratings; interest/skill scores reported on a common standardized metric (self-report questionnaire)

Multiple incl. Spanish and other languages via Pearson/JvR Africa distribution; used internationally
