Schein's career anchors - the self-perceived talents, motives and values a person will not give up: Technical/Functional Competence, General Managerial Competence, Autonomy/Independence, Security/Stability, Entrepreneurial Creativity, Service/Dedication to a Cause, Pure Challenge, and Lifestyle.

40 (8 anchors x 5 items). 6-pt 'never true for me' -> 'always true for me' ratings (with a ranking step in the workbook) (self-report questionnaire)
