A way to assign Holland RIASEC codes to JOBS/positions (the environment side of Holland's theory) from the work activities, demands and rewards of a position - the environmental counterpart to person-side interest inventories.
Length and format
84 items. ratings of how characteristic each work activity/requirement is of the position; summed to 6 RIASEC environment scores (self-report questionnaire)
