What it measures

Holland's RIASEC vocational personality types via a self-administered, self-scored career intervention. Sections cover Aspirations, Activities, Competencies, Occupations and Self-Estimates; yields a 3-letter Holland summary code that the user matches to occupations via the Occupations Finder.

Length and format

228 (assessment booklet; e.g. Activities = 6 scales x 11 items, plus Competencies, Occupations and Self-Estimates sections). Like/Dislike and Yes/No items plus self-rated competence/ability estimates, summed into 6 RIASEC summary scores (self-report questionnaire)

Language versions

25-30+ languages (one of the most translated interest tools); Spanish Form R 5th ed.; German adaptation = EXPLORIX; many others (AR, ZH, JA, KO, FR, PT, etc.)
