What it measures

Current happiness via two parts - (1) a single global 11-point happiness rating, and (2) the estimated percentage of time one feels happy / unhappy / neutral (the two summing to 100%).

2 components (1 rating item + 3 percentage estimates). 11-pt scale (0 extremely unhappy - 10 extremely happy) plus percentage-of-time estimates (self-report questionnaire)
