- Current (past-two-weeks) subjective psychological well-being - positive mood, vitality, interest/engagement and restful sleep; unidimensional.
- Length and format
- 5 items. 6-pt frequency (0 at no time - 5 all of the time, past 2 weeks); raw 0-25, multiplied by 4 for a 0-100 score (self-report questionnaire)
- Language versions
- Translated into 30+ (by some counts 30+ to 30+) languages with official WHO-coordinated versions; one of the most translated well-being measures
