What it measures

A theory-based taxonomy of career-decision difficulties: 10 specific difficulties grouped into three clusters - Lack of Readiness (motivation, indecisiveness, dysfunctional beliefs), Lack of Information (about process, self, occupations, ways of obtaining information), and Inconsistent Information (unreliable information, internal conflicts, external conflicts) - plus a total score.
