- An individual's perceived ability to gain and maintain employment, spanning internal (personal) and external (labour-market/occupational and organizational) employability components.
- Length and format
- 16 (student scale); 11-item version retained from it; an internal/external employability scale (Rothwell, Herbert & Rothwell) also exists. 5-pt Likert agreement (self-report questionnaire)
